1 Introduction

2 Services Provided

RodewaldrulezNetworks provides professional web design and website creation services. Our work may include, but is not limited to, designing, developing, and delivering websites based on client requests and specifications.

3 Payments and Billing

• Payments are accepted via PayPal or iDEAL.
• All prices are quoted in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.
• Projects must be paid for in full before final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Any additional work, updates, or fixes outside the original project scope will be billed at $2 per hour (or equivalent in euros).

4 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, information, and materials required for the website project. RodewaldrulezNetworks is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions from clients.

5 Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website files and content created specifically for them.

RodewaldrulezNetworks retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.

6 Starter Package Watermark

Websites created under the Starter Package will include a "Designed by RodewaldrulezNetworks" watermark or footer credit.

Clients purchasing the Starter Package are not permitted to remove, hide, or alter this watermark without written consent from RodewaldrulezNetworks.

Removal of the watermark may be allowed only through an upgraded package or a separate licensing agreement.

7 Warranty and Maintenance

We deliver all projects tested and functional at the time of completion.

However, RodewaldrulezNetworks is not responsible for issues, breakages, or code loss resulting from:

• Client modifications or third-party interference,
• Hosting provider errors, or
• Software/plugin updates outside our control.

If you require assistance fixing such issues, support can be provided at a rate of $2 per hour.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RodewaldrulezNetworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

9 Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the Netherlands, in accordance with Dutch arbitration law.

Both parties agree to waive the right to a court trial.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if a client breaches these Terms or engages in abusive or unlawful behavior.

11 Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at https://rodewaldruleznetworks.nl.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
